3. Client Responsibilities

  • Maintain access to required platforms (e.g., CRM, ad accounts, calendars)

  • Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and marketing regulations

  • Ensure that your use of AI tools complies with industry-specific regulations

BizSpeed AI is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate data, misconfiguration by the client, or third-party platform limitations.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Fees are agreed upon prior to service delivery

  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, workflows, scripts, automations, and materials created by BizSpeed AI remain the intellectual property of BizSpeed AI unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute our materials without explicit permission.

6. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Our services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, Meta, Google, voice providers).

BizSpeed AI is not responsible for:

  • Downtime or failures of third-party platforms
